Care and Support Alliance – Case Study Booklet
The current social care system is in crisis. As demand for services increase, already stretched funds are struggling to cope. This is leaving too many disabled people, older people and their families without the vital care and support that they need.
Aside from the strong moral case for more funding, the Care and Support Alliance believes that the economic case is just as compelling.
To make both cases, we have published a booklet based on 13 real life experiences, which all show the immense value of social care. With two weeks to go until the Spending Review, we are presenting this booklet to the Chancellor George Osborne – urging him to invest in social care.
